Dr Kishalaya Mukherjee

Kish has been working in the field of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery since 2006 and has progressed to become a Speciality Doctor in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at New Cross Hospital & Walsall Manor Hospital. He has completed his Post graduate certificate in Implant Dentistry from Cambridge and his IV sedation training from SAAD and is an IACSD-approved seditionist and an accredited minor oral surgery (IMOS) provider across the UK.

While working as a Speciality Doctor at New Cross and Walsall Manor Hospital he used to treat facial fractures, dental abscesses and facial lacerations under local and general anaesthesia. Having worked in maxillofacial surgery for the past 16 years, kish has a wealth of experience in carrying out simple and complex oral surgical procedures and treating patients with complex medical conditions.

As a clinical supervisor, kish’s main role was to teach the juniors various aspects of Oral Surgery and mentor them for IV sedation. He was an examiner for the Diploma of Membership of the Joint Dental Faculties (MJDF) at The Royal College Of Surgeons of England for 10 years.

Kish has participated in international maxillofacial conferences where he has done oral presentations and posters on maxillofacial surgery and oral surgery.

Kish is known by his patients for his friendly, gentle and relaxed manner. At Key Dental, he carries out implant dentistry and general dentistry.His main aim is to provide his patients with a painless experience with oral surgical procedures.

Outside work kish likes spending time with his family and watching movies.
